미국이 말하는 ‘든든한 한미동맹’이란
점령군으로 들이닥쳐
70년 넘는 세월 동안
분단과 전쟁을 낳고

전쟁의 불구덩이 속으로 우리를 밀어 넣는

너희 미국이 허락한 한미동맹이

혹은 적당한 도시 아무 곳이나
널찍한 땅을 강제로 빼앗아
주민들을 이리저리로 내쫓고
너희 돈으로 으리으리한 군사시설 짓게 하고
너희 돈으로 우리 무기 잔뜩 사게 하고
우리 군인들 넉넉히 주둔시킨 뒤
너희 군대를 하수로 부리면서
너희 땅에서 전쟁을 일으킨 다음
미국을 두 토막 내고 철조망으로 벽을 세워
너희 국민들끼리 서로 적이 되어 싸우게 하고
무시로 전쟁의 공포에 떨게 해 볼까?
또 너희 피땀으로 일군 경제를 요리조리 착취하고
너희 미국 땅에서 온갖 세균무기실험도 하고
너희 미국 땅 곳곳을 발암물질로 오염시키고
1년 365일 하늘과 바다 육지에서
너희를 지켜주겠다는 핑계로 전쟁연습 해대고
백악관이나 펜타곤이나 월가나
막무가내 불법도청으로 엿보고 엿듣고
간사한 놈 하나 골라 꼭두각시 대통령 세워
정치, 경제, 외교, 군사… 주권 다 능멸하며
자주나 통일은 꿈도 꾸지 못하도록
간섭하고 방해하고 옥죄는 일
70년 아니 100년 혹은 천 년, 만 년
동맹을 넘어 혈맹이라 우겨가며
어디 우리도 너희에게 그렇게 해 주랴?

그러나 그런
무지막지한 동맹 따위, 우리는
필요 없다
아무리 막대한 힘을 가졌다 해도
아무리 막대한 부를 가질 수 있다 해도
금수만도 못한 약탈의 제국
동맹을 가장한 식민지 놀음
거부한다

단 한 번도 진정한 평화
단 한 번도 고상한 인류애
단 한 번도 깨끗한 양심
단 한 번도 진정한 배려
단 한 번도 상대에 대한 존중
가져 본 적 없는 더러운 미제국주의와
동맹, 우린 필요 없다

태고적부터 홍익인간을 배워 온 우리
척양척왜를 골수에 새긴 우리
자주통일을 오매불망 소원하는 우리
그런 우리의 선택은, 양심은
온누리에 평화의 날개 펼치는 것
머잖은 날 우리 날갯짓에
너희 점령이 무너지도록
너희 제국이 사그라지도록
우리는 쉼 없이 날으리라

자주, 평화, 통일의 날개
8천만 민족 하나되어

온누리 감싸리니

너희 미국이
강요하는 동맹
이제 더는
